Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche (http://dzogchen.ro/
As our Master says, for having this realization we don’t need to change, correct or modify anything, we don’t need to give up or do something special in our daily life. What we need is to meet a Teacher who has real knowledge of Dzogchen and ability to transmit it to his students.
We are blessed to have met such a virtuous Teacher as Chögyal Namkhai Norbu! All other steps depend on us! Don’t stay passively but be active and come to the Teachings in August. Merigar East is prepared and ready to host you in the middle of the sunflower field between the sky and the earth. As Rinpoche says about Merigar East, “Here is just sky and earth!”

Some main explanations of these practices you can read below:
KHAITA JOYFUL DANCES
https://www.youtube.com/
What does “Khaita” mean? Means “Harmony in the space” (“kha” means space and “ta” – harmony/melody.) Khaita: these words and the symbol of the golden infinite knot of love on our globe have been chosen by our Master to represent all activities of Dzogchen Community related to all movements and sounds. Included here are: Khaita Joyful Dances, Vajra Dance and Yantra Yoga!
YANTRA YOGA PRACTICE
https://www.youtube.com/
Yantra Yoga or Yoga of Movement is one of the oldest systems of Yoga in the world. Chögyal Namkhai Norbu began teaching Yantra Yoga in the beginning of the 70’s in Italy.
It is a superb method for attaining optimal health and experiencing relaxation. The Movements of Yantra Yoga synchronize our breathing and movement in rhythm which helps us to coordinate and harmonize our mind, body, and energy. When we master our energy by working with our movement and breath, the body becomes flexible and strong and the mind more alert and clear, yet harmonious and relaxed.
VAJRA DANCE PRACTICE
https://www.youtube.com/
The Vajra Dance belongs to the cycle of Longsal Terma Teachings of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, and it is inseparably linked to the Transmission of his Dzogchen Teachings.
In the Dzogchen Teaching vajra refers to our real nature, the true condition of all phenomena. The Vajra Dance is an important method which uses sound and movement for integrating the three aspects of our existence – body, energy and mind – in that knowledge.
Chögyal Namkhai Norbu introduced the Vajra Dance to his students in 1990. Since then it has been practiced in various places and centers of the Dzogchen Community all around the world
